I love Palo Alto Bicycles. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s great having a neighborhood bike store where we can bring our bikes in for superior servicing. We buy all our bikes from this store and will not buy elsewhere because of store loyalty.

Very nice gentleman that provided service to me. Made me feel welcome and heard for my needs. I don't remember his name but maybe early 50's gray hair. I do remember a bicycle cap he was wearing. From my observance to others his customer service is exceptional.

This is the best bike shop in the peninsula, hands down. Mike's Bikes and some of the other big stores have more selection, but this shop has the right mix of warmth, passion, and service.
