Christian is excellent! He is an expert with components and repairs. He has serviced my 2000 Calfee 3 times in the past 3 years and results have been great! I recommended Christian/Palo Alto Bicycles to a fried a few days ago! Keep up the good work! Thanks, Robin

Went to shop for a new bike. Logan was very helpful in answering my questions. He also set me up with a couple of test rides to determine a frame size that fit me and that I liked. Ended up purchasing a bike. All in all, it was a very good shopping experience, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had been taking my bikes to Menlo Velo until they closed. I followed Christian to Palo Alto Bicycles, and I feel good having him work on my bikes. Now I've met Alan too, as well as many people who work in the front of the shop, and everyone has been really friendly and helpful.

They are great people and the work they do is outstanding. I have a 2003 trek bike that I thought parts couldn’t be found and they did what they had to do to make it work. So happy. Need a fix’s go see them.

Service was completed in a timely manner, estimated cost was accurate and worth every penny, the mechanic called me and left a message when my bike was ready. Great shop, highly recommend stopping in.

The manager and staff are excellent. The rich history and respect they have for the shop is unlike any other place. The floors were clean, the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable, and they all made me feel welcome. The manager was kind, respectful of my budget, and never forced me into an uncomfortable buying position. What an amazing place.

Basic tune-up had a great turn-around time, I picked up my bike the next day. The shop put a bracket on a loose fender for me at no extra charge - I appreciate that they went above and beyond to fix that nuisance! I had great interactions with everyone at the shop.
