I love this place. I live in San Francisco and I drive all the way here just because their service is so great. They’re friendly and provide very helpful guidance esp when it came to getting new wheels and tires for my road bike. They talked me out of a tubeless setup (and I’m actually very happy they did). I’d recommend anyone to come here for any and all of their bike needs!

I love my new bike! As part of that, it was the personable and generous service I received at Palo Alto Bikes which made the whole experience great fun. From the warm welcome I got when I walked into the shop; to the focused attention and care in listening to what I was interested in; to matching me to a great bike based upon my needs, I found all the staff to be engaging, respectful and supportive.
