Pam is an amazing realtor!!! She helped me sell my house in 2018 and then buy my next one in 2021! She went far above and beyond to help protect my interests. When the furnace looked questionable in looking at my new condo she did not just rely on the inspectors report but she called the heating and cooling company and had a furnace expert take a good look at it from the inside. It was actually unsafe and the seller had to replace it! I'm so grateful for Pam's patience and guidance in getting through all the lender info. She responded quickly and with humor in some of the most stressful times. Thank you Pam Sjo!!!!!!

Pam has helped either me or a family member with 5 different home purchases or selling a home. She is my "go to" realtor. I think of her as "my" realtor. She keeps you updated as issues arise, either good or bad. She is a great resource and in my experience knows the city and codes (not all of course!) that apply. She's very personable and has a great sense of humor, which anyone needs! Pam did all the work and that I appreciate more than anything!!

I have known Pam for many years. She managed the property for many years when it was a rental. As a manager, she found excellent tennants throughout the years she managed. She handled all issues that came up. When it was decided to sell the property, she was knowledgable and kept mett informed throughout the process. kOverall, a very good experience.
