Friendly greeting upon arrival and offer of beverage. Pat was smiling as she greeted me which is a nice gesture. Juliana as usual was on time and created a perfect haircut in record time. Unfortunately I had to be at a board meeting by noon. Viola! She had me finished in record time. As a senior female I am so grateful for the service I receive and in the manner it is presented. That is not always the case..and Panache is a busy salon but the personnel are always patient and courteous. I look forward to my next appointment.
