I appreciate speaking to a human being when things go awry. Which they did in this instance. We have been a customer for 30+ yrs. We have scheduled deliveries. We ran out sooner than our scheduled delivery date. I called( goggle says they open at 7:30am, not accurate) after 8:00am. I spoke to” Chris” from customer service who was very helpful . A delivery was on the way. They couldn’t provide an ETA, which I just don’t comprehend. I mean everyone has a phone attached to their person. I get , they possibly don’t want to commit to a time. But most people are reasonable. As it was, from initial call to actual delivery( very polite young man) took approximately 4hrs., I was able to get back to work
