I really appreciate the service I receive from Paraco. Everyone I speak with in customer support is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and kind. They always take the time to make sure my order and account details are correct and explain everything clearly. I also find it very helpful to receive email notifications and to be able to manage my account online. The delivery drivers are wonderful as well, always courteous and friendly, and I truly appreciate that they make deliveries in all kinds of weather. This was my first chance to use Paragon after the North Shore gas merge. I used the on-line site tinplate my order for a fill-up. I paid more than I actually took when the delivery happened and found I had a credit. All I spoke to were nice and helpful. I’ll call them for more propane when this is used and maybe get a bigger tank to lessen their need to come out. Especially in the snow that we had. I appreciated the seamless transition. Thank you
