I am a high-end builder in CT and Westchester, NY. Most people only think about the price of propane. Paraco's price is always appropriate, but their expertise in the world or propane, tanks, pressure, and other issues that are of concern to a builder is unmatched by other propane companies or plumbers generally. I always insist on Paraco to partner with us in designing and piping our propane on complex projects and all my clients always benefit from that relationship. I don't trust anyone else.

I very much appreciate being able to sign up for auto payments and auto deliveries. Customer service has always been very helpful. My only gripe is that when they call to let us know they are coming, if they have to leave a voicemail message, they need to tell me what specific date they are coming and they never do. We have dogs and need to ensure they are not in the backyard when the delivery person arrives. That said, the advance call is always appreciated because I at least know they will be coming in the next couple of days. The delivery people always remember to close our gate when they are leaving, which is greatly appreciated! I do highly recommend them because they have excellent, customer service and pricing plans.
