I have a great account representative but for the rest of the services I am not thrilled last I never received a notification that someone will be coming to my house to deliver fuel that I did not need right now so I am not happy with this. Paraco needs to do a better job in communicating with customers and have a better system to deal with interoffice matters.

Paraco have come on time automatically and really helped out during the winter when the path to the tank was covered with snow and I had to shovel. They are very friendly and professional both on the phone and in person.
