A few things i like is, when a delivery is requested you deliver it quickly even in a busy season. The other thing i like is you allow 30 days for a payment to be made, so it gives me time to budget for my fill up amount after a delivery was made and i know the exact price. I was having an issue with an account holder change. There was some complicated factors involved. Bailey listened to all my challenges. She kept in contact with me. She followed through every step of the way. She helped me to speak to who I needed. Her understanding was truly appreciated. In the world today customer service can be cold and removed of human empathy. Bailey , at every turn was incredible. She was so sweet and her dealings with me measure above and beyond in customer service. Bailey was knowledgeable about the policies within the company and was so helpful. Bailey truly helped me resolve an problem that was daunting to me. She made it so easy to help me get resolve. I appreciate wholeheartedly her level of customer service and the length she went to.i would suggest any customer request Bailey to have as a helping agent when dealing with Paraco.
