One problem—you could not get the part needed for my pool heater and instead I was told to buy a new heater. I will be trying to get the part and/or a whole new heater for this summer. On another issue, Mr. Ferguson calls and said he would take care of the cost of the damage done on my new well fittings by your delivery truck so I am very happy with that. Thank you.

In genreal, all my interactions with Paraco have been positive. Deliveries are on time and response to deliveries has been prompt an courteous. While available services are communicated clearly, I am never bombarded with solicitations or feel overly pressured into upselling services.
