I appreciate the prompt service when my tank is low or empty. But what I didn't like was that after allowing me to leave the money (cash) in the tank for the driver to deliver to the office. On my last delivery they would not allow me to do that. I was away at the time and made arranging for the delivery so much more difficult being 3000 miles away. If they never allowed it from the beginning I wouldn't so upset. I explained to the girl on the phone that my son was disabled and it was difficult for.him to drive to the bank to deposit the cash I had left for emergency. They could have accommodated me by allowing the driver to deliver the money.
