Cole/ Paraco quickly responded to a small oil leak in our 30 year old tank. They were able to apply a temporary patch to stop the leak, the next day they installed a high quality Roth tank . They were able to save all the oil from original tank. Service was quick and professional.

As a customer I prefer to deal with real people on the first pick up not AI followed by wasted minutes pressing numbers to get service and then answering artificial intelligence questions attempting to get me to not interact with a real company rep. When i have called I find not only is the rep customer focused but my questions are answered and the need completely addressed and resolved. That’s service with a capital “S”!

The secretary let me know time frame we would receive our oil delivery. They arrived a few days earlier than expected. The young man who came to the door with the bill was so pleasant. We have been with COLE OIL&HEATING for years. Sam told me they joined forces with PARACO, so I was a little apprehensive. I’m very happy with their service as always! Thank you all!
