Customer service was excellent. The communication between me and Stephanie was awesome.She made sure to call me with any updates and ensure that my oil was delivered. When the oil was delivered there was a problem in getting a start up and in less than an hour someone was there to fix the problem. There was also an issue with the pipes and he immediately took care of them. I have found the perfect oil company. Thank you for an excellent service.

Always ready to respond. Any call is always received professionally and in a caring manner. Arranging for any maintenance or routine service is easily accomplished. The one time we needed a visit to address a problem, the response was immediate and follow up great, no long drawn-out delays or excuses. Service was here when they said to expect them, and they took care of the issue. Over the years, I have worked with several companies, and none come close to Paraco. Thank you.
