I am happy having paraco because the service plan I have is wonderful I feel confident when I have my furnace checked out completely each year and if I have ever had an issue they respond quickly I’m on automatic delivery which works very well for me I don’t need to think about it, my bill goes on to my credit card so that is also very easy for me the drivers are nice and they are thoughtful of my property the people who answer the phone are very nice and helpful, another perk is that I receive an automated call when I’m getting a delivery so I can move my car. Thanks for asking

Customer service was excellent. The communication between me and Stephanie was awesome.She made sure to call me with any updates and ensure that my oil was delivered. When the oil was delivered there was a problem in getting a start up and in less than an hour someone was there to fix the problem. There was also an issue with the pipes and he immediately took care of them. I have found the perfect oil company. Thank you for an excellent service.

Always ready to respond. Any call is always received professionally and in a caring manner. Arranging for any maintenance or routine service is easily accomplished. The one time we needed a visit to address a problem, the response was immediate and follow up great, no long drawn-out delays or excuses.
