The whole parking experience was super easy. The drivers of the shuttles were super nice and helpful. I traveled as the only adult with my three little children and the shuttle drivers were so kind in helping to get our bags on and off the shuttle. I don't remember the first driver's name but on the return journey we had Dan and he was super great!

I had a very positive experience with Park Place long-term parking. The price was fair, and the shuttle service was quick and convenient both when I was dropped off and when I returned. The shuttle drivers were very helpful, friendly, and communicative with everyone on the bus. They assisted with loading and unloading luggage, kept the ride moving smoothly, and made sure passengers knew what to do. I also appreciated being reminded to check that I had my cell phone before leaving, which is a small detail but very helpful. Overall, I did not have to wait long for pickup or drop-off, the staff was professional and personable, and the whole process was easy. I would definitely use Park Place again and recommend it to others.
