I know what to expect each time I use your service. I love the rewards program! This last trip, the ride back from the airport to our car, we encountered a driver that wasn’t the typical helpful person with our luggage. It just stood out so much because drivers are always helping offload them to our car, with a smile.

Quick and dependable shutting to/from airport arrivals and departure locations. The cashier booth and drivers are always positive and energized. Appreciate the reminder regarding keys, locking vehicle, cell phone and charger, before pulling way from parking spot pickup. And no one tells at me for packing heavy!

We just really appreciate Park Place! They have been very accommodating and user friendly over the years. We feel safe having our car there. THis time, the shuttle was waiting when we left baggage claim for the pickup and we were 'door to door' - baggage claim to car' in fifteen minutes. Drivers are also friendly and positive.
