Millie the groomer is great? A "10." However, due to glitches with apparently new computer system, our reservation was messed up and checking out afterwards was tortuous due to our account not being set up, the clerk not knowing how to fix it. Took about 20 minutes to check out.

I was there May 14th a woman and younger gentleman were in the store. Both very attentive both greeted me, the woman told me all about the deals and asked me about what kind of food I fed my dogs which is Fromm dog food. She showed me that they carried Fromm dog food, I had no idea, and she even walked me around to show me where it was. Wasn’t pushy, wasn’t trying to get me to buy, but just was letting me know. Asked me about what kind of dogs I had and I had told her 2 Australians Shepherds and made some friendly chit chat. Just an overall pleasant experience!

The groomer that took care of my sweet young Pomeranian did a very nice job. I appreciate the attention. Veronica paid my little guy. I find them a little expensive but worth it for the job they’ve done.

I loved both women who helped me as I walked in and was instantly overwhelmed with the choices of toys for our puppy. We walked out trusting our pup would love everything we chose for her with the guidance of the friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Great selection of dry cat food. Lots of good brands with a wide variety of flavors. Also, there is a nice selection of canned cat food, and, unlike other times, there was a large selection of the least expensive 5.5 oz cans. The staff is always friendly and professional.
