Is definitely a healthy and positive activities to participate in very cheerful, inviting a sense of belonging and grateful for mental wellness and you’re also able to get healthy at the same time very resourceful good people
Nice facility, good lighting, clean, guests are very respectfully to each other, free parking is a nice feature, plenty of machines, low number of guests training at one giving time.
The programs are diverse and offer classes for every level. I really appreciate having instructors that do not belittle you but encourage your progress.
That was my first day there. I do like the atmosphere the work out machines are available for use you do not have to wait for a machine there you have a opportunity to start your work out and finish with out anyone jumping on it before you finish your set. Like I said that was my first day the receptionists are very professional and very nice. I have not entered any programs at this time. So far I love it, because that is a place that I can focus on what I need to do for myself.
I am a legacy member of the YMCA for over twenty years. I have seen people come and go throughout the years at the Y but you have a staff person in charge of membership Lettoya Crudder. In the few weeks she has shown impeccable customer service. She listens to the members and she welcome their feedback. I was having a problem with getting out of the parking lot she took the time out of her busy schedule to walk down with me to the parking lot and investigated. Never has anyone done this at the YMCA. She always has a smile and encouraging word. We talk about new classes they are trying to implement and trying to get more people to join. Therefore, I will be encouraging some of my friends as well as a few trainers I know to apply for positions there or just join the YMCA. One person does make a difference and that person is Lettoya Crudder. She also encouraged me to take Lo boxing class and I love it.
