The offering of the 24/7 access is AWESOME! With having four young children having expanded access so I can get in for a workout off hours has been so nice. Very appreciative to the Y for allowing this access!
I attribute my improved balance and agility to attending Chair Yoga classes (taught by Mikah Simmons and Mary Gouty). Not only do I feel better physically after the 45 minute class, but there is also a psychological benefit from the "meditation" that offers a positive outlook on life.
Quality and cleanliness of the facility and equipment. Professionalism and support of staff. Would appreciate staff doing a better job of monitoring people who ignore signs and are sitting on equipment for extended periods using social media and/or texting.
I love the pool and the exercise classes for older adults. This location is 5 minutes from home and so convenient. I am going to see what other things I can do as there is so much to offer. I am amazed by how many people use this facility!!
I am enjoying the class that I am taking with Alesha on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 1 o’clock to 2 o’clock. She is so energetic and so sweet she does a great job… Thank you so much.!!!
