Our instructor, Imani, is warm, friendly, confident and strategic. She understands the simplicity of the skills she is teaching, but she gives them order and importance. Imani does this while staying light in mood and flexible. She is great!

I really enjoy coming to the Parkway. I find the staff there are friendly and a lot of fun. I also can say that they are very helpful in anything that may come up like something medical or even giving an ear.

I like all group classes!! All the coaches who run the classes are extremely professional and friendly and they genuinely want to help the participants to benefit from the exercises they are teaching!!! And the equipment and the whole space are well maintained. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming!!! The only issue, if anything, is the limited availability of car parking spots.
