We had a billing problem where we couldn't match what we paid what we owed and invoices. Joyce L. was incredibly helpful and we were able to get it all straight. This of course was in the midst of your name change (Parmer water) and implementation of online billing.
The drivers that come to our office 1340 14th St are pleasant and friendly. That makes a difference. When we call for something like a missed delivery or need for a new cooler. We get what we need with a smile. Everything I said is about great customer service. Then there is also the water, it is good.
The young man that delivers to us has always been very nice. Always smiling and up beat. We have thought about getting the stand with hot/cold water with the 5 gal bottles to keep waste from our land fields, but the singles are easier to use.
Water consistently pure. Mick is always on time, efficient and takes the time to address any concerns we may have. We really appreciate the dependability and quality.

The staff is very helpful and polite. I had trouble receiving invoices and they were diligent to make sure I received the invoices and kept working until the issue was resolved.
