The entire staff was friendly and they had a fantastic selection of different types/ brands of bikes. We came in to purchase an Trek Allant+ 7s and get another one serviced. We live about an hour south so we're there for a good chunk of the day and during the time we met everyone from technician to owner. Everybody was helpful and not snooty including the clientele. Trace was our primary contact and she was great. The bike we purchased was dialed in so overall we highly recommend this location for service or buying a new bike.

I've been buying bikes from Pasadena Cyclery for over 20 years. From buying parts, having wheels built, and buying bikes they have always taken care of my needs. I just bought my daughter a nice Townie as her first REAL bike, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating have helpful. Now I have my eye on Brompton G-Line.
