I am not a regular bike rider, but ride to supplement my other cardio workouts. I bought my bike at a high end bike shop, but never much cared for the customer service as I was not a hard-core rider with an expensive budget. Every time I come into the Pasadena Store, I always feel good about my experience there whether it is maintenance on my bike or questions I have related to bike equipment or repairs and or cleaning. There is a personal touch that I respect and will always recommend the store to my friends and family who ride in the area.

Store is great and carries great accessories and shoes, in addition to bikes. Owner was so nice, and even gave us a tutorial on e-bikes, since we were curious. Bought 2 pairs of shoes at great price. Overall wonderful experience!
