It is a difficult time to sell older condominiums in today's market with rising HOA fees, high interest rates and in our case a limited potential customer base in an over 55 community. Pat worked with us to adjust to the market and come out with a fair sale for the new owner and ourselves. We would definitely recommend Pat and Chris if you are looking to sell or buy in the area.
