Tricia was amazing! I have been involved with multiple home sales and purchases and she was by far my favorite and most trustworthy realtor. I had already moved, so Tricia took full responsibility in making sure everything with the sale went smoothly in my absence. This included working with the buyer’s agent and attorney, and working my attorney. There were a couple of issues during the process and Tricia was proactive in getting them resolved with minimum involvement from me. Tricia was always available when I had questions and kept me informed every step of the way. I would consider Tricia to be a “turnkey realtor” as she handled the entire process for me. I would absolutely recommend her to family and friends!
