The staff and instructors are outstanding. Professional, friendly and helpful. I love the yoga( all types) and Body Balance. Katy listens to our thoughts and ideas, even wishes, and tries to accomodate us as best she can with budgets in mind. She is very accommodating and a true asset to the YMCA
