I am really enjoying Body Balance with Dan on Sunday mornings.
I also use the track and I alternate running and walking within the same work out
Lately I've had a lot of trouble with people in the running lane who aren't running.
Yesterday I had to clear three people out of the lane.
When they are wearing earphones they can't hear you coming so you suggesting they "should step aside when they hear me coming" is not helpful.
As I said, I alternate running and walking, so saying it's OK to use the running lane when no one is running, is also not helpful.
If the lane designation is a rule, please enforce it.
If it is just a suggestion, I guess I'll just have to live with it.
It's warm and welcoming, the offering more water aerobics classes so I don't have to be obsessed with signing up within 2 minutes of a class opening up would make it a 10 out of 10!

I would like to be able to take a water class and a classroom class on the same day, but it is sometimes impossible to do both because of their starting times - TRX at 8:15 and then water fitness class at 9:00.
Disappointed that a water fitness instructor has not been hired. Water walking just isn't the same!
I'm new to the water aerobics classes & the fitness equipment. The Y staff have been very helpful, accessible & friendly. New member orientation was especially helpful & gave me confidence to use the equipment without being intimidated. And they are there if I need them.
