Like 10 00 water class.
Many time unable to register although hitting the booking mark at 12 00.
Yesterday started trying to book the class at 12 00. By the time it allowed me to register at 12 01 I was the 4th on the Waiting list.
Why?!
Please open up this class.
I have been taking water aerobics for a while. Marci and Heather are awesome! Lisa did a good job too. My goal is to get good all around exercise to improve flexibility and strength. I am disappointed in Kim’s classes. One of our classes had us swim on a noodle for 10 minutes or more. I can do that on my own. The last class I attended she got out the foam barbells and we worked out non stop for 30 or more minutes with no proper warm up and no breaks. My arm was very sore at the end. My goal when I go to a class is to challenge myself to keep up with instructor, it was hard. Not to mention, she was out of the water so I don’t think she got it. She would benefit from taking one of Heathers or Marci’s classes so she understands well rounded exercises,
The parking is good. The check in and greeting is superb. The atmosphere is uplifting. The hallways are ample. The stairway is nice. The upstairs is very nice. The classroom I attend classes in is also very nice. The main workout room and equipment is great. The walking track and the basketball court are very nice too. And the leaving waves are appreciated.
I like the number and variety of group exercise classes offered, as well as the times when the classes are offered. Also, the facility is attractive and clean and well maintained, both group exercise classrooms are spacious, and all of the staff members seem very knowledgeable and helpful. Finally, I like the fact that it's easy to register for classes; I'm not as technology-savvy as some people, so this was a concern of mine. Seems like a great place for my wife and I, who joined last week. So far, so good!
One of the best part is the interaction with the people who work there and help you with everything and anything you need. They greet you with a smile each day. The program instructors are wonderful. They are excellent at what they present and treat each person with patience as they learn to help them move forward. The activities that are offered are exactly what we need - forms of yoga, water aerobics, strengthening programs and team sports like pickleball. The camps for children are fanstastic! The teachers and assistants great - they are kind, understand kids and how to help them engage socially and learn new skills while having a lot of fun.
