We spent several years working with Pat to decide about moving from our home on Cape Cod to Ann Arbor. He was always patient and helpful, even when we postponed plans to come out because of family circumstances. Once we began looking in earnest, Pat was very helpful in evaluating homes for us with his expertise in home renovations--Having Pat preview homes for us was like having a pre inspection and he was always looking out for our. best interest, quick to tell us about any down sides to homes he was previewing. We have worked with numerous agents in buying properties over the years and no one came close to topping Pat! He deserves a big raise.

We have known Pat for 18 years. He worked for us as a painter then as a realtor. We hired him because he understands historic homes and neighborhoods and the buyers and sellers who want to live in them. He showed us houses for 7 years before we chose one. He helped us win the bidding on it. Then he sold our house and gave us good advice throughout. He is honest, thorough, and pays attention to detail. He was always available when we needed him. We would recommend him to anyone looking to move into or out of Ann Arbor.

Pat was great. Our house had a challenging issue to deal with and Pat took care of it all. Our move was across country and was very up in the air on the other end, so it was really nice that Pat could make the selling part as easy as possible.

Patrick was so great to work with! We moved to Ann Arbor from another state so unfortunately could not do in-person showings, and he was very accommodating and helpful in doing virtual tours for us. He was easy to reach, quick to reply, and kept us informed every step of the process. We were incredibly anxious to be buying in this competitive market, but he was able to help us get our first offer accepted! We particularly appreciated that he never pushed us to put in an offer on any homes, and he made a point to highlight possible issues and things to consider with every home. He also had some great recommendations for loan providers and inspectors. We highly recommend Patrick and will definitely work with him again in the future!

Patrick is the consummate professional, the most honest, knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever worked with. Even more importantly, he helped us seamlessly navigate the sale of our house days after my father died. Whatever I needed, he was ready to help immediately. We got a great price on the sale of our home and it went off without a hitch. It's rare that I recommend someone so whole-heartedly, but Patrick is the rare professional with knowledge, skill, patience, understanding, compassion and grace.
