It was really easy to communicate with Patti. She quickly responded to messages and addressed issues promptly. She never left me waiting for an answer. I also like that I could negotiate with her on pricing and other financial concerns. I felt quite comfortable working with her and quickly developed a trusting relationship. She was also very generous in providing her various contractors, which enabled me to save a great deal of time in getting the property ready for sale/closing. She is very knowledgable about the Ann Arbor market and sets realistic sale prices. Although, as a seller I would like to see more aggressive pricing (what a surprise from a seller). Patti puts in the work to get the deal done and will go the extra mile to help her client. I was very satisfied working with Patti and would enthusiastically recommend her as a real estate professional for your next transaction.

Patti was great to work with from the first time that I met her back in April. At the time, I wasn't sure we were going to sell, but I wanted to get an idea of the selling market. She was very helpful in providing relevant comps for me to consider. It took me about three months to decide to put it on the market. During that time, Patti checked in on regular basis to see if I had any questions. Once I made the decision, Patti made the process painless. Once we had an offer, things just fell into place thanks to Patti's experience and knowledge of the A2 market.

Patti is great. She handled everything for us from beginning to end. We live in Florida so selling in Michigan could have been difficult if we didn’t have Patti handling everything. We had some pretty big inspection issues that needed to be taken care of and Patti made everything happen. She’s great.
