Made what I felt was going to be a very stressful process way more manageable then I expected. She knows the market and works to understand her clients needs. We had a few houses to look at, looked at the first and were about to look at the 2nd house until I seen on the listing it was on a slab. So I said let's forget that one. She said it doesn't hurt to look. Turns out the house was listed wrong, it was on a crawlspace. I fell in love with the house and we just closed! Patty and her team are rockstars!
