There are many realtors out there. There are also many contractors out there fixing clogged pipes, repairing drywalls, installing garbage disposal, etc. But there aren't very many out there who has good knowledge in the real estate market and being able to spot potential house issues at showings. It is hard to find an honest realtor these days. Paul has all three. Highly recommended!
