She was very knowledgeable, she picked up on things I would’ve never picked up on. She pointed things out. She was honest. She tries hard to make appointments right away. She was kind and understanding.

She was always available, even on short notice. She went above and beyond to accommodate to our schedule( showed the same house more than once to different family members, took phone calls very late at night, etc). She has the knowledge and experience to evaluate the true value of each house and her selling price estimates were accurate on several houses we considered. She was patient and did not rush or pressure us. As I got to know her I developed the confidence she will help me buy the house I would be happy with. A great agent!

I am writing this review to amply recommend Pauline Manetta as a very effective, knowledgeable of her trade and supportive realtor because I have been a satisfied and recurrent customer of hers. Over the years, and at three different occasions of having to, either lease or buy real state properties, I have had Pauline’s guidance and support throughout all those processes. Her approach to keep her customers aware of the market conditions, and her use of her knowledge to identify the opportune favorable conditions for the operations with her customer has always given me successful results. Another important part of Pauline skills is that she always finds the way to make processes easy. Pauline has gone out of her way to help us find reliable contractors to do timely repairs and upgrades in our property. Pauline has also provided information to look for suitable organizations to donate or sell unneeded household items which has diminished tremendously the burden to the selling and buying operations. I appreciate Pauline’s work and I am sure that any person considering to make operations in the Leasing, Selling or Buying Real State will have a great asset by having Pauline Manetta as a Realtor Agent.
