Went in for an emergency repair . Ben was knowledgeable and helpful and with the assistance of an excellent mechanic had me back on the road in no time . Booked a full service on the spot. They are also now selling Factor Bikes to make a great bike shop even better . Nice coffee to boot !

Having been supplied by Pearson for 12 years, including four bicycles from race to touring I have always been looked after very well by all staff - Guy, Will, the engineers and delightful shop staff. The icing on the cake is their heritage over many decades in cycling - a story itself worth checking out. This small bike shop is now moving into its seventh generation of family ownership. The entire small, (a positive!) team have been immensely supportive, knowledgable and efficient. THANKYOU
