Love the bike (Forge). The whole process being fit led was a real eye opener and very good.
Having recently had a bike fit elsewhere I still had a bike sizing at the Forge 1860 shop which enabled me to play with 'what if the stem was a bit longer/shorter' type questions on the jig and try out the saddles etc. So at the point of ordering I was very confident that it was going to fit and be comfortable.
The ability to specify exactly stem, crank length, handlebar width on whatever frame without extra cost is what made them stand head and shoulders above most other manufacturers.....the money I saved here I spent on a cheeky little wheel upgrade....
Despite me ordering the only size/colourway that was out of stock I was very much kept in the loop as to progress. In the end it was ready for collection a couple of weeks before the original scheduled delivery date. (Much appreciated)
Love the bike. A huge improvement on comfort...wish I had done this earlier!

I contacted the store about an issue I found with my Pearson hammerandtongs. Mail communications were extremely clear and helpful.
I ended up visiting the store twice to help resolve the issue and on both occasions the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.
I'd like to mention Ben in particular, whom during my last visit to the store went the extra mile to fully resolve my issue and advise further other bike fit and mechanical things I could consider to make the most of my bike.
I would definitely recommend a store visit.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. A local bike shop that helps you out when you need it most. Came to my rescue recently when I broke a front wheel in a crash - checked I was ok, checked the bike over, got it aligned again, loaned me a spare wheel to get me home and booked the wheel in for repair. These guys are provide a really excellent, professional local service.
