Having been supplied by Pearson for 12 years, including four bicycles from race to touring I have always been looked after very well by all staff - Guy, Will, the engineers and delightful shop staff. The icing on the cake is their heritage over many decades in cycling - a story itself worth checking out. This small bike shop is now moving into its seventh generation of family ownership. The entire small, (a positive!) team have been immensely supportive, knowledgable and efficient. THANKYOU

I feel like the Pearson mechanics know what they are doing and really try to help. My bike came back from its service/work with everything working beautifully. I've brought a friend in several times with his bike (a recently purchased Trek) which had several problems which the Trek people have not been able to fix and Pearson has done it first time, properly. My Hammer and Tongs is 7-8 years old and I still love it.
