I took in my Pearson On and On for its first full service today. I was met at the door of Forge 1860 with a cup of excellent coffee, and my bike emerged from the workshop a couple of hours later. The mechanic was super-helpful, answering all my questions, and offering useful advice. The bike feels fantastic following the service: it’s great to know that there are people at Forge 1860 who really know their stuff.
The products are of course amazing! do you think that makes the biggest difference? Is the service.
Always a friendly voice they have lots of time to explain and to think about what I really want and to give advice. I don’t just enjoy the forge (road bike), which which I treasure. Also enjoy visiting and having a coffee once at Forge 1860!
Very knowledgeable, friendly team. The shop is beautifully laid out. The bikes are top notch and you get a lot for your money. High end bikes that perform well. Will and Guy couldn't be more accommodating and know their stuff but then they have years of experience and being the oldest bike shop in the World they have the credentials (Guiness World Record verified ) As a female cyclist it can be hard to walk into a bike shop but the team will look after you and are not patronising. Once you own a bike you also become part of the zpearson family being invited to events and rides. Highly recommended
I've had a Pearson irons in the fire bike for 3 years and it's still fantastic. Getting help from the service team is always easy and spot on. Every aspect of the Pearson/Forge experience is just superb. Thanks
