I wanted to get a few hundred miles under my belt before reviewing my fantastic Pearson On & On GRX825. I pleased to say that I am delighted with the bike and feel that it suits my needs perfectly. I have had (and mostly still have...) many bikes over the years which include Colnagos and a Pinarello, so the bar was set pretty high to find a new bike that could improve on them and I have to say, the bike is so good that I don't think the other bikes will be getting much use again. The ON & On matches a great build spec using high quality parts to a responsive but comfortable geometry so that every ride is a pleasure feeling light on the hills, snappy in the bends and smooth even on the roughest February damaged roads. I bought the bike for mainly for long distance endurance and I genuinely think that it is the right choice at any price. If I had one minor niggle, the standard gravel tyres are a bit slow for road use but this a personal choice and can easily be swapped when the weather gets better.
The service from Forge 1860 was amazing with such a knowledgeable and professional, and likeable team. Their bike fitting is something I should have done years ago as it seems to have properly resolved my ongoing lower back issue for good. I'm looking forward to long rides this summer and riding On & On.

Always willing to help a rider in need.
One of the very few places I trust with my equipment.
Not the largest bike business, but definitely one of the best! Great atmosphere in the store, and knowledgeable friendly staff. Product quality is superb. A boutique bike busines well worth acquainting yourself with.

Great service thanks, starting with the expert bike fit and finishing with the hand over at collection. A lovely bike and a very enjoyable way to buy it!
Rear cassette wasn't meshing with the chain. Dropped by to check the problem and decided to fit a new cassette after a quick look by Tim, the mechanic. He lent me the tools and it was a quick replacement. Had a coffee as well while doing it. Excellent service.
