Accommodating - Kyle was able to fit my tire replacement for 2 bikes in same day. Friendly expertise - Even though we are casual cyclists with cheap bikes and Kyle is clearly an expert with a passion for bikes, he made approriate suggestions given our level of engagement with the sport without any condescension or any blatant attempts to upsell us on products and services that we don't need.

I’ve never walked into a bike shop without an appointment and been seen immediately. I went in for a derailleur hanger alignment and they had me in and out within 10 minutes tops! Those guys are super professional and fair priced. 10/10 recommend.
