Pedal will get your bike in and out in no time. Great customer service!

The staff was very friendly, I was able to get my bike repair quickly.

HUGE help with all my questions for riding!

Great friendly staff and service hands down!

Thank you so much for replacing the front brake pads of my bike quickly and efficiently! The price was reasonable and it was something quick/didn’t require an appointment. It’s also something easy I can learn to continue applying maintenance to it. Everyone was kind and professional.

Everything was efficient and totally appreciated.

Kyle was amazing and straight forward with the bicycle prices. With the tariff increase their was still several bikes in our price range prior to thr tariff increase. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff! My bike was fixed quickly and I am very happy😊

Very responsive. I only needed a small item. They had none in stock but helped me find what I needed on line and ordered it. By the next day I had what I needed. If they are this responsive for one small item, I have to assume they will treat large purchases with equal attention.

Very helpful customer service

Great fitting!

In my neighborhood! Diagnosed the bikes problem quickly. Was able to effect repair in a very timely manner, allowing us to take the bike on a trip. Fair prices. Genuinely nice staff.

Very nice shop and excellent help selling me the parts I needed. I bought two spokes, spacers, and a freewheel. This coming week the spoke will be installed on my rear tandem wheel… 48 spoke wheel on Canondale tandem, 80’s bike with Deore XT. Spacers were correct for the bike I was fixing. The eight speed freewheel unfortunately has a width that is too wide for the Discjet. Old man, recalling a 37 year old memory about a 42 year old wheel.. It was built for five speeds, Forgotten detail, recalled as I was parking the car at home. No concern the freewheel will get used on another project. You are correct, threadless head sets are easy to set up and simple to adjust. Your shop is clean, neat, well organized and you are helpful. Thank you for helping me. I may not be in often, as Creswell is a good distance away. I also take good care of what I do have, keep my bikes clean and in good operating condition at all times. Looks like you have a fine business there. Thanks much [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

Great Customer Service!

The Pedal Team understands the desire for performance equipment. As a Triathlete I trust Kyle with my race equipment tuning because he listens to my goals and provides the service to achieve them. This is the Bicycle Master Mechanic crew that Duo Team Justin trusts to service our Push chair wheels for the Boston Marathon and over 50 local races. -Team Justin
