The customer service is Top notch, EXCELLENT! Ryan the General Manager manages a superb bike shop. Kalamazoo and the surrounding area are blessed to have such a high quality place to purchase an array of bikes and products and especially for anyone looking for a shop to take your bike in to be worked on for repair, tune up. or regular maintenance. Its so nice to have a place to bring my bike in for streas free service. A great experience. Thank you Pedal for going the extra mile for your customers. 😊👍🤛.

Welcoming staff. The preferred service date was available and bike was completed a day ahead. The staff that helped me was friendly. Needed new tires and was hoping to get his help on decision making but no more knowledge on the tires specifics. I would of liked more of a thorough explanation of why and what my bike needed. Especially after the work that was done to the bike besides assuming the service chosen (Annual Service) was done to bike, for someone that doesn't know about bikes/services. The bike rides (better) well now so I am happy. Thank you again.

Once again I am very impressed with your customer service. Tommy went the extra mile in finding me a set of lights that I was less likely to damage in my ham fisted charging attempts. I love the lights, and even if (being an old man) am somewhat of a Luddite concerned new technology, I think LED lights are hugely important in riding safety.

I love the staff. They roll out the red carpet “here, let me get the door” “let me help you to your car” they greet me by name and they are SO friendly. They are good to everyone, even the people who come in the store and give them a hard time. They fix all my weird noises in my bikes (I’m sure every mechanic universally cringes when someone wheels a bike in and says “it’s making a noise”) and they never let on if they feel annoyed about it. I like every one of them and I really feel like it’s a treat to go in to the shop and chat with them when I drop off a bike.

I like being able to walk into the store, see the bikes and ask questions. I’m glad they had the carriers- and even installed it in my little truck. They made the whole experience a good time. No high pressure- and they made sure I had everything I needed. I’m older, and a bit heavier than your regulars. I have 2 good clients/friends that come in form out of town to come here. Mark- this is mostly your fault. I’m pointing at Gary a little bit too.

I scheduled a maintenance service and check up whilst I was traveling through Kalamazoo on a cross country trip. The staff listened to everything I had to say, made recommendations to me and went right after the work. The price was fair and the work excellent. I have no concerns that my bike isn’t ready and able to complete the trip.
