I was completely new to what I was seeking (e-bike). The people at PEDAL (downtown), every single one of them, were so friendly, helpful, and informative. No one treated me like a dummy. I watched as customers came in for various things and everyone was treated with great respect and kindness. All my questions were answered and if they didn’t know an answer they said so. They gave me reading information that was super helpful. I got my bike yesterday (4-18-26). I went for a test ride and asked one of them to come with me. I never felt like I asked a dumb question. They also deliver. I most definitely would recommend PEDAL (downtown) to anyone looking to buy a bike or having work done.
