The ability to walk in you your shop and have an issue with my bike (eg, flat tire) addressed while I wait. Also, the free pickup and drop off of bikes for tune-ups in the winter or early spring is a great service.

Mechanic was willing to, as he phrased it, "send it" with attempting to set a crown race after I assured him I would not hold him responsible for damage. He was actually very careful with my gear and was correct that I had the wrong size crown race for the fork I ordered. Great service and attitude overall.

The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely seem excited about what they do. I never owned a bike before I bought one from Pedal last year and every staff member I've interacted with has been helpful in getting me the products/info I needed without being pushy or making me feel stupid for not knowing something.
