Service is good, done right the first time & they do a good job of managing expectations (ie, tell it may take a week & then they strive to get the work done well within the one week time frame). They even pushed a "rush" job for my son's most recent race to get a new tire in & installed in a very tight window (since he shredded the tire at the prior race & wanted the same exact brand which wasn't in stock).

Hi. I brought my e-bike in for repair on Tuesday August 26th & had same day service.Got a call at 3:00 to pick up.New derailleur,derailleur hanger,shift cable,master link in chain all in one day. Very pleased with the pleasant staff & excellent service. Thank you!

Have purchased several bikes and other products, all excellent quality over many years from Pedal Moraine. Also go there for repairs on bikes/trike. Doesn't matter the brand, they can make the repairs or service.

Needed aast minute 'tune up' for our kids Trek bikes. We were leaving a week from drop off and the team got us our bikes day early. Prices are fair and the knowledge they have on what needed to be done to properly service the bikes was exceptional. They even explain what is needed and why.
