Staff are always friendly and extremely willing to help. We bought a used bike not from the shop, and Mark was extremely helpful with helping us get it set up and fitted correctly, and even took the time to walk us through the bikes features and maintenance requirements. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

This is what I shared to a Facebook Group: I opted for Pedal Moraine Cycle & Fitness. I had an above par experience for sure. I started by emailing because I needed to know if I could walk in or did I need an appointment. Owner, Mark, responded during off hours with their hours of business and to let me know if could walk in and they would get my bike on a rack to check out. I did just that. Now Mark, looked at my bike, and after looking it over, said all it needed was some air and a wipe down. I however, requested new tires and tubes. Mark explained they looked fine and would not attempt to sell me something I didn't need. He also looked at my lock, showed me why it wasn't working. I left him with my bike to get the new tires (peace of mind) and my lock. I tried my lock on the way home and it locked up, no even moving the numbers. Grateful I didn't try that one day out on a trail. I walked down and picked up my bike today. I knew I needed a few things to make this a sport I continue to grow into. But, here's the thing. Other than riding a stationary bike at the gym, I have not ridden in atleast 9 years, and honestly, back then, no more than a handful of times. Mark took me outside. Had me ride around. And, then made some corrections to prevent me from seriously hurting myself! He took time to teach me basics of a bike that is much smarter than me. Overall, this was a great experience. I made it home without falling off! I have to build confidence and balance for sure. But, Mark also assured, that will come back to this small town girl who rode country roads on her bike growing up. Even if I haven't rode much in the past ##s of years.

Repairs were made very quickly. Called within an hour that the tire had been replaced. Employee I worked with was very helpful, and even looked at the chain and shift cable for me as I was having an issue with how the bike was shifting.

I took my E-Bike in for the complimentary tune-up and the service was great. Bike in on Wednesday morning and was ready in the afternoon.
