Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is well kept and stocked. The store communicates clearly about expected date of repairs and calls when they are complete. I feel the store is more tightly knit into the biking community than other stores I have frequented.

Mark (the owner) is a very down to earth person. He is Very knowledgeable and will help you with all products. Installation, suggestions and recommendations. His inventory is not as expansive as some of the chain bike stores, but he will go over the top to get what you need.

The staff fixed our bikes in a timely and honest manner. We clearly didn't know the first thing about our bikes and hadn't used them in a few years. The staff was honest about what needed attention and the bill was a fraction of what we were expecting. Sad to be so impressed with honesty these days, but there it is!
