At first, I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't understand the language, but that didn't hold me back at all; on the contrary, I received a great deal of support, warmth, and positive vibes. I bought a gravel bike for myself and one for my little princess. I'm still missing a road bike, but everything is great! đź‘Ť We are very grateful.

I have bought a bike from Pedal Power and I have had another bike serviced. They were prompt to respond to my questions and emailed me quotes the same day that I had questions. When I had my bike tuned, John found a fracture in my back rim that I did not even notice. When I picked up my bike it was like new. I had previously bought and serviced my bike with a different bike shop. When I returned to that bike shop, they were not even interested in helping me or acting like they wanted to service my bike. John and Megan run a very fair and honest business. I will always give them my business as long as they are around.

Megan and John were amazing. I am so sorry that we did not find Pedal Power sooner. They helped me navigate purchasing an e-bike (because of my very short size). John did everything possible to fit the bike to me. And, it fits just like my last bike.
And, I have already recommended P.P. to a neighbor looking for a new bike.
I will continue to recommend them.
And, we can't forget the greeter, Luna! Lovely pup!
