Megan and John helped me find the right bike for my style of riding, custom built it to my sizing, and gave me a detailed tutorial on how everything works. Trek has a high quality, reliable product line, but it also takes strong local sales and tech expertise and Pedal Power delivered.

At first, I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't understand the language, but that didn't hold me back at all; on the contrary, I received a great deal of support, warmth, and positive vibes. I bought a gravel bike for myself and one for my little princess. I'm still missing a road bike, but everything is great! 👍 We are very grateful.

On a beautiful Saturday morning, when everybody who had a bike would probably want something done to it. The shop squeezed me in for new tires on a couple of house bikes with a smile on their faces.
