I’ve used other bike shops in and around Beaver Creek/Vail, but hands down Pedal Power exceeded all my expectations. The communication with Megan from day one to delivery of four Trek E bikes was incredible. At delivery, John spent as much time as I needed to go over each bike and ensure that I had the knowledge necessary to handle the bikes. They will be my bike shop for years to come!

Even though that I only ended up buying some GU during my visit. Megan spent a lot of time with me going over some bikes that I’m potentially interested in. I never felt pressured and the store was very welcoming.

Friendly and helpful. Many dike shops give that feeling of “we’re better than you”. It not here. I used to shop buy from another local shop but will now buy from here

I drove about 1 1/2 hours to see a specific bike I had researched. It was the perfect size and power I was looking for in my first e-bike! Megan was very helpful in setting me up with a test ride. She also showed me an upgrade model but was not pushy when after riding it I told her it would be great when I'm ready for more power. She also helped me with accessories and a new helmet. I don't remember the name of the nice young man who attached the accessories and set the bike up for me to take home but he was also great, he even put the bike in the back of my car! I would 100% make the drive to work with your staff again. All 3 were very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
