Fantastic service from this shop from the pre-purchase stage right up to and including picking up my new bicycle.
At the outset the young lady gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice about the best bike for my needs and I was kept fully informed about the progress of my order.
For various reasons I was unable to pick the bicycle up for a number of weeks but they were happy to hold onto it until I could eventually get there.
When I was finally able to get the bike the young man who did the handover was excellent. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and demonstrateing very clearly how everything worked, ensuring I was comfortable with all of the information I was given and making a point of telling me as I left the shop that if I had any questions at all once I started using the bike that I should call them and they would be more than happy to help.
This 1st class service was always delivered with a smile despite the fact that I bought the bike direct from Trek on-line and not from the shop.
It's over a 3 hour round trip for me to get to Loughborough but Pedal Power made it all worthwhile.
Thank you all, lady and gentlemen, I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking for an excellent bicycle shop.

Fantastic service every time I go in, especially from Tom. They are all friendly, extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. Recently they fixed a damaged wheel, when they could easily have sold me a new wheel/rim, they also did everything they could to get it done before Xmas. Can’t recommend these guys high enough.
