Pedal Power Loughborough are the greatest! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, providing expert advice to help you get to the best product for your budget. I bought my own bike last year but wanted to get something for my wife. Lucie and Tom went out of their way to guide me to a great Trek model, set up to the measurements from my wife’s old bike. She is delighted with her new ride! Thanks again to everyone at Pedal Power.

Lucie and the team at Pedal Power are knowledgeable, and I appreciated how welcoming they were to me. I am not a pro-cyclist, have not been on a bike for over a decade, and didn't know much more than the fact I needed a bike and wanted to be able to carry shopping on it. My new bike is perfect, it was a competitive price compared to online, and the service and confidence I have with what I purchase was worth every penny. Lucie kept me up to date on when I could collect my bike. Everything was set up for me and I rode it out of the shop. I am absolutely confident that Lucie would be there for me with any issues, and since then my husband has also been to purchase a bike.

Wanted to buy a new lid. None of the ones in store were the right size or in budget, so they offered to get some in. Next week I received a phone saying they were in & went & bought one this weekend
