Your sales team (Clare in this case) is very knowledgeable about the products and provide just the right amount of suggestions (not too pushy). You service team is very well trained and competently perform the work that I can't do (or that I am too lazy to do). I would utilize your store even more if you adjusted the price of your supplies and accessories. I understand that you need to make a profit but you might consider a discounted scale for your regular customers, Similar to the model that automobile dealers use.

I love this store. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable plus they helped me on the spot! My bike was ready two days early and they have a ton of great gear. I am not an avid rider but didn't feel intimidated in Pedal -- very welcoming. Thank you.

The staff were very knowledgeable, and I feel confident that if I have an issue with my new bike it will be taken care of. Last year I bought a Giant MTB from Village Bike up in Grand Rapids, there was an issue with the rear brake from day one and it literally took 2 months for them to finally decide to replace the caliper. The mechanics didn't seem to know what they were doing and made me pay for all of the parts they replaced - granted I had not even taken the bike out on a trail yet and they would not honor the fact that it was not right from the day I bought it. I mentioned it to them when I purchased it and they said - eh, its just cheaper components etc. I will never purchase something from them again, but my experience at Pedal was completely different.

Service is always friendly and professional. Charlie fixed a tubeless flat on my bike while Tommy explained a Giant to my freind. Quick repair and lots of smiles :-). Great visit.

The staff is so kind and friendly that I always feel like family! I would never consider going to any other bike shop or purchasing online for what I need. They are the absolute best for service, too! Love that bike shop!

Took my bike in to get checked out. Needed a new back wheel and tire. When the original issue was still there, they took the time to diagnose that further and provided great service. They gave me a break because of having to check it twice.
