The bike I wanted was in stock, built and ready the day I came in to buy. The salesman was knowledgeable. He didn't try to sway me into purchasing a bike that wasn't in my budget. I was able to ride comparable bikes to make sure I would be happy with the one I chose. This was my first purchase from Pedal Bike shop. It was a great experience.

As usual, I came in unannounced with a simple problem. (A tire that went flat over the winter.) Your bike mechanic identified the problem (duct tape used as rim tape) replaced the tube, installed genuine rim tape, and put everything back together - while I waited! He tested it and I went home happy.
