1. Pedal has a great range of cycling accessories (and nice bikes, too!). I accept that everything can’t be held in stock or on the shop floor, but it doesn’t take long to get the item(s) I want. 2. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. 3. Navigating the website to find things is easy too.
