Great service, knowledgeable about the Terra trike product line and very helpful matching my needs to the right recumbent bike. The two bikes I wanted to test ride had to be built and I traveled 150 miles for a test drive. I’m glad I did and returned with a Grand Tourismo E bike. Thanks Claire

I took my son's ebike to Pedal to have it completely gone through. It had not been running for about 2 years and it had been sitting out in the weather. The customer service at Pedal was impeccable. They answered all of my questions (I know NOTHING about ebikes) and was able to repair and replace all parts that were in bad condition. The bike was completed in a very short amount of time. We were very impressed with their communication and service. Thank you for your wonderful service and friendly atmosphere.
