Really appreciate the time and effort that Sarah at the portage location put into me and the seemingly endless amount of questions I had for her on mountain biking. I currently have a trek fuel bike on standby ready to over when I make my decision and I wouldn’t have even thought of getting a new bike hadn’t it been for her! She was also kind enough to invite me along with the group from pedal who bikes around the area. Thank you! - Jake

We were in the market to buy two e bikes. I called two dealers in the south Bend area. They did not have any in stock. I called a dealer in Kalamazoo, who did not have any in stock and my last call was to your store and you had exactly what I wanted in the store. We drove about 50 minutes to your location and were greeted by a great energetic staff member. Once we decided what bike we wanted, your staff member took us on a test ride on a paved path near your facility. What a great addition and bonus for the buyer. We will never shop anyplace else.
