My only issue with my rental is that the tool kit/saddle bag did not come with any multitool to adjust saddle height or other minor adjustments that could have been done on trail instead of coming back to the shop.

We rented the E-bikes and had an awesome time. Good customer service and very knowledgeable about the trails. Next time i visit I’m definitely going to rent another bike.
