I’ve been riding a long time and have been to just about all the area bike shops. None have matched Peddlers service and pricing at least in my experience. I’ve had to leave my bike at other shops a week or more for relatively simple repairs. Peddlers has never had it for more then 48hrs. In almost every case the next day.

Andrew was very helpful when I came into the shop, helping me to choose the correct parts and tools to repair my bike. Also, when I ordered a new wheel online I got an extremely fair price, and customer service was excellent.

Andrew was super helpful. Intake was easy and he followed up by phone quickly to explain the work that had to be done. Pricing estimated were consistent throughout and the work was thoughtfully done. I really appreciate the expediency and thoroughness and al at a very reasonable rate. Support your LBS!

Staff was beyond helpful. They answered all my questions. No pressure to buy anything but laid out different options and explained pros/cons of each. Even swapped out a part for me while I waited. Great selection of bikes/parts and relatively reasonably priced. Turn around time on service was exactly what was quoted originally. Will definitely be back.
