The store was stocked with bikes and accessories. The staff, especially Andrew who worked with us, were knowledgeable, friendly and did not add any pressure or push add-on accessories. We were lucky that a shipment of SE bikes just arrived! I never take surveys but have them a 10.

Shawn was a great help with completing the assembly of my trike. I was given a reasonable estimate for the job and there were no added costs. He explained all the gadgets when I arrived to pick up the bike and help when loading and unloading. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
