I have only tried the bike fitting but was excellent. Shawn was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what he was doing and why. I am much more comfortable on the bicycle than before. I really appreciate it because it will help me achieve my fitness goals.

Went to Peddler's for a bike fitting because I was having neck pain and to have a more efficient set up. Couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Completed one ride after the fitting and already seeing better results. Would recommend getting fit with Shawn at Peddler's to anyone looking for the best set up and advice possible!

Everyone at this place is awesome. The work I had done was done correctly and finished when promised. Also had questions on pedals and toe clips. Showed me what I needed and installed them for me. It looks like I will be purchasing a new bike from these guys soon. They showed me features that my 5 yr old bike doesn't have. Just need to take it for a test ride next week

Honest pricing- great service. No push for extra services or upgrades- honest guys who tell you what you really need. I bought my bike there 15 years ago and they still treat you as if you are their only customer. Great old time shop feel. Not corporate.

Always a great experience. Planned a bicycle trip. Ordered a bicycle on a Friday, had it together and fit on Monday. Started riding across NY State on Tuesday. Service doesn’t get any better than that. Thanks guys!!
