After receiving an unreasonably high quote from another bike shop, I was disappointed and even considered purchasing a new bike, as the other shop advised. However, when I visited The Pedal Shop and explained my situation to an associate, I was encouraged to bring my bike in for an estimate. I was impressed not only by the fair pricing but also by the efficiency and professionalism of the repair service. We intentionally only went to this store to upgrade our son’s bike. We knewwe would receive top notch service and would have ongoing support following the purchase. It is rare to have a place that you are fully confident in and can trust you are being priced fairly. The expertise and kindness of the individual who provided our service some how exceeded our already proven high expectations. Our son is thrilled and the quality of our purchases is proven daily. We will continue to reccomend and return whenever we purchase bikes.

Excellent service! Went in with two bikes expecting to drop them off and pick up at a later date. Both bikes fixed in about 30 minutes. Only place I’ll go for sales and service.
