Super experience! Staff are all really kind and welcoming. Phil in particular was great to deal with, having loads of knowledge and advice that was all really useful in helping me make a decision on my first E bike to go with. I also really liked the email and sms to say the bike was ready, that's a great way of keeping customers up to date. Overall a brilliant experience and I feel grateful to have a good, caring bike shop nearby who I can trust and rely on. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic team at paddlers. Just bought a new bike from them and they've been faultless. Always seem happy to have a chat with you. I got the bike invisi wrapped and Summer did a excellent job and was definitely worth the extra couple of days wait. Excellent local bike shop, with lovely people inside it.

I have had the pleasure of going to peddlers over the last few years and the staff have always been extremely helpful and polite, helped me choose the correct bike for me and helped over the past few weeks sort my twin buggy with sorting tyres out by repairing them stopping them constantly going flat due to rubbish paths, would highly recommend them to anyone, and would like to thank them for being so helpfull and friendly.
