Ordered two new e bikes and was told delivery was 5 to 7 working days, Peddlers managed the order and had them ready for collection in 5 days which was brilliant. Really helpful with information and a rare thing these days, they were very polite. Use them as they are on the doorstep and always ready to help.

My bike was in for a repair. I was concerned pivot bearings were worn. The shop asked me what approach I wanted them to take towards the repair, as I wanted to bike back sooner rather than later. It was the rear hub bearings that needed changing. Suggested a chain replacement. Automated service notifying me when the bike was ready is good. Turnaround was 3 to 4 days.

Popped in yesterday with a big problem with my E bike after I,d already been somewhere else for some advice,I wont name where,but never got any joy,but in Peddlers,every member of staff were absolutely brilliant,very helpful,very knowledgeable & very friendly,will definitely just come here again. 👌🏼
