I love the personal attention with an impressive positive attitude that the store associate demonstrated while I was in the Ponte Vedra Beach location! I needed my bike serviced after having it on my sailboat for over a year. I was provided with a detailed breakdown of what I needed and was given choices. Absolutely perfect experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Island Life bikes. I needed a small "repair" on my handbrake. They were very knowledgeable and took care of the problem within one day. Very reasonably priced.

Your mechanic, who also served as our sales rep, was very informative and helpful. He checked the inventory and let us know what was in stock and that the bike frame would most likely fit due to my height. When we realized we left without the charger, the other sales rep was quick to respond and sent to me the charger to us via USPS. Thank you!
