Pedro, or Pete as we have come to know him, was extremely helpful. The level of knowledge he brought to the table is unparalleled and provided us with a level of comfort that is hard to put into words. There were times during our process that were extremely stressful; and I tend to like to be informed of things. Pete functioned as our lending representative as well as a counselor, therapist, and even a friend of sorts. This was my first interaction with him and of the opportunity presents itself I will gladly go directly to him(if he will allow it).
Pedro was extremely professional and prompt about everything. He provided clarity when we were unsure and responded quickly. I rarely had to wait to hear back from him, unless he was in a meeting or with another client. Pedro and his team went above and beyond to help us through this process. I can’t say enough good things about him. His leadership definitely showed when it came down to the wire and honestly I feel as though our entire real estate deal was saved by him being involved.

During the loan process, I had already been approved by my bank. However, just when I was about to finalize everything, Pedro came along and suggested giving them a chance to make a bid. When he presented me with the terms and what he could offer, I was amazed and realized that my bank had been overcharging me. Pedro, on the other hand, provided me with options and recommended what would be best for my situation. That's why I highly recommend him to all my friends and family members.

Pedro and his staff were the most polite and helpful team I’ve ever met. They explained every step and process with politeness and patience even though it was my wife’s first home purchase.
