Excellent customer service helping me to pick out a bike tailored to my needs. Going to college soon and needed a casual city/light trail bike and they helped me find the perfect bike for me, was quickly ordered, and arrived efficiently within a week. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for help picking a bike for you!

I had a braking cable break on a ride and with a recommendation from a fellow rider I took my bike to Pee Dee. They were gracious enough to replace the cable while I waited. What a friendly staff and considerate, knowledgeable team! I would certainly recommend them.

I came in to get my bike serviced and the technician I spoke to was great! He had a great personality and was helpful in building out my quote for the repairs that were needed. It took less than a week to complete. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and showed me around and gave me some recommendations for a friend for a new bike. All around, great staff and great people!
