I called in looking for a specific light. Theresa answered the phone like a pro. Had the light and told me to come and get it. Such a helpful person…and this is not the first time I’ve dealt with her and had similar results. She is an asset to the staff.

We visited Pee Dee Bicycles while on vacation in Myrtle Beach, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. We hadn’t been on a bike in at least 15 years, but we wanted to relive that carefree, “feel like a kid again” experience. We were a bit nervous about trying e-bikes, but Tim immediately put us at ease. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured. He took the time to explain everything and encouraged us to test ride the bikes multiple times around the parking lot until we felt comfortable. Tim, along with Dana and Teresa, (The entire Staff)showed so much patience and genuine care. They walked us through every detail, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. When it came time to choose accessories, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We’re so grateful for the experience—they truly made us feel like family. We will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Myrtle Beach. If you’re looking for a bike, service, or accessories, this is the place to go. Sandie & Freddie
