Family owned. And from the time you walk in, you feel like family. They remember who you are which is so important. Why wouldn't you recommend them? Great customer service...awesome inventory and if they dont have it, they will tell you when its coming in. They have a great service area which make you'd feel comfortable leaving your bike there to get the service it needs. They are upfront that they wont rack you when it comes time to pay and pickup your bike. 10 plus stars and thumbs up. Thank you
