I've been a customer since November 2008, and I have always had friendly customer service, and prompt efficient service! I don't plan on going anywhere, Superior is my gas company, period!
Extremely hard to pay my propane bill over two months trying. Made calls, contacted online, and a visit to the now defunct physical site. Tried this to pay the balance of $200 to get new delivery.
Thank you , there was a mix up , with the computer, we were out of propane,, we explained to the nice lady what we think happened ,on my end .. she corrected it and we got propane that night and good thing she did, had problem with the furnace, so we are now relying on propane fire place to keep warm and upstairs unit, that's running,,, many thanks for getting that propane to us !!! Suggestion please do a two step notification process ,one is to send messages to my cell phone .
