Bought four (4) bikes from you over the past forty years. Traded in the first two (2) on the last two (2). The salesman have always been great. Prices are at the manufactures settings. I know service is there if I need it.

The technician Mike was very thorough in explaining the benefits of each adjustment he planned to make to my bike as part of the tune-up. I had a lot of questions for him and he was very patient in answering all of them. He did not seem to try to “upsell” me, but rather point out the highest priority upgrades that made the most sense for me given my bike’s condition and my own needs, which I very much appreciated. I also had a pleasant experience with the young lady who helped me the first time I came in to the shop to get the tune-up scheduled (unfortunately I don’t recall her name). Very pleased overall and I will be a returning customer.
