I went in to buy a bottom bracket removal tool and a square shaft crank puller. Although I did not but much, I received great service from both the sales person and the service manager. Thanks to their help I purchased the correct tools I needed for my bike. I preferred going I to the shop instead of ordering online so I knew I was getting the correct tools.
