I have not purchased a brand new bike in nearly 20 years. The upgrade was a fun one to participate in with Penn Cycle after doing some review online on my own. Getting a chance to speak with them in person is totally worthy of the time! I love supporting local businesses and having a local location to get assistance and future help with the new wheels.

Service is everything. You do it right. Not perfect just right Like anything a bicycle is always a work in progress. Bringing a bike back to working status or ideal state is decision customers make based on cost and lhow much the bike means to a person. Penn people understand this. And let’s face it some times a new bike is just in the cards.
