My bike was in rough shape after 9 years of no use. Your rep could have told me only the most expensive package would do, but he diagnosed all the issues and found me a more appropriate price. And the result is incredible, it's like I never stopped riding it. Top tier service.

I feel the help you have are quite honest in what your bike needs and always willing to explain why and how something works on the bike.
During biking season I may come in a couple of times before a trip with an adjustment etc and they are always able to take care of my needs.
They also have a lab there that will entertain you while you wait. We have been doing business with Penn Cycle since Hatcher Cycle closed in the 70's?? At that time we did about half of our business at each store. Have always been very happy.
We hope the new owner carries forward the great service and keeps the help he now has.

it was easy to do business on a very quiet and cool Saturday morning. Fixed the bike in about 10 minutes. Great conversation with the tech and retail person who assisted. Easy to do business there and not because of location but b/c they don't make a guy who doesn't know anything (me) feel like I don't. Thanks!
