The staff is great at the shop. I've purchased a couple of bikes and tons of accessories. The maintenance staff are great. They always clean and tune my bike like new. Shop is close by too.

Quick and thorough service. I was able to get my old cranks pulled off, and a new bottom bracket installed within an hour. Exceptional service!

Fast repair service, on the spot repairs and fix-its. The staff is very knowledgeable the staff is accommodating-real people, not corporate drones, I am a very high maintenance individual and have NEVER felt once that I was annoying, when I know I was. This is my LBS, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!!

Penn Cycles was great as a SRAM Dealer for a warranty issue ! I ended up only paying for a hub overhaul once they got the new replacement parts from SRAM and everything was setup properly and the issue was fixed. I will make Penn my main shop as I have had issues with Erik's bike shop in the past - they're too expensive for service, only like to sell lots of products and don't take pride in services like Penn. Thanks again.
