Penni was the hardest working agent I’ve ever worked with. It’s been a long road finding our new home and she went above and beyond every single time we called or looked at a home. She held out and never stopped believing we’d find our perfect house for me and my family! She helped me sell my house during this process and she worked hard and was always available for questions. Her positivity about everything her belief in finding us a home and selling our current home was amazing. We had a lot of almost deals and had our hearts broke more than a few times over houses. The house we just bought the minute I walked into it with Penni, it felt like home. Penni mentioned my love of coffee and how she could see me having coffee in the breakfast book or out on the deck. After many offers that had been not accepted once ours was accepted it was all go from there. She assured me it was happening! Penni has become a friend and I’ll always refer anyone to Penni if they want the top of the line service. She never once complained about doing the work or the drives (even when we got lost and ended up on a two track that first time haha!)

She is the best. She works so hard to help us figure out what we needed to do to the house. She volunteered for 3 open houses. She staged the house along with her great photographer. She kept us positive when the house wasn't selling. What I really love is 3 years ago when I was thinking of selling my house (this was my husband's house), I called the realitor phone #. I man the answered said he would have a realitor call me. She gave me some advice. I told her I would call her the next year when I was ready to sell. Well, I did call. She worked hard to sell my house. I told her the next year i would be call her, an I did. She sold 2 houses for us, an I would use her again!

Penni helped us purchase vacant land and sell our house. Both transactions were new to us and Penni made everything so simple. She was always a phone call/text away if we had any questions, and helped guide us with the best moves. She was very understanding of our busy lifestyle and always made time for an impromptu showing. We love Penni and the adventure both of these transactions have been. We will definitely be using her again and telling our friends!

Oh my word, she was outstanding. She surprised me with doing 2 open houses. She had to fix purchase agreements with different realitors. She cover all basis in this sale. It was so easy on my end. She work late into the night an early in the morning. Any time I needed to get ahold of her, she would come out of a meeting to talk. I plan to use her when we sell my husband's house next spring. She is the best.

Penni took extensive time to discuss pricing strategy with us. Once the house was on the market, she went above and beyond expectations in terms scheduling two open houses in one weekend and being on-site for additional showings. We had several sales offers within a few days that far exceeded our expectations.
