David and Audrey were amazing! I had a very difficult situation with finances and credit history, along with some hurdles to deal with the seller, and David got it done. I’m not sure how he got us to the finish line, but he did. It was really quick and he managed to get us at closing with a refund!!! I never dreamed we would get the deal done, much less getting money back at closing. I am very impressed.
