The staff is extremely friendly and the entire facility is always clean. The only con is lack of equipment. In my opinion there is an abundance of cardiovascular, but not enough free weights and cables.

I LOVE Planet Fitness. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean and inviting. The weight machines are self explanatory. I absolutely love the hydro bed and lounger. I also love taking advantage of the Red Light Therapy room. It's an all-round good experience!

The manager at the North Peoria location, Cody, took the time to look into the complications with my membership and was able to provide me with the services I was looking for. This simple, yet rare act of professionalism and competency is what kept me as a customer. It’s also the reason why I would recommend Planet Fitness to a friend. Cody’s genuine concern over my frustration, and his ability to resolve that issue, is something to be recognized. As small as it seems, it’s good business, and what people expect.
