Gretchen is the best always greets you with a smile,makes you feel welcomed. I appreciate her and the rest of her staff. Her gym is always clean spotless especially in the men's locker room. The machines are always clean and lounge area is very relaxing. If ,she were to leave so would I,that's how valuable she is.
