I had an outstanding experience with Perkiomen Bicycle. After an extended test ride and excellent customer service, I decided it was worth traveling back from Ohio to purchase my bike. Alec was especially helpful—knowledgeable, professional, and thorough with both the tune-up and follow-up adjustments after a long ride on the Perkiomen Trail. Joe (the owner), Jes, and the rest of the team were friendly, welcoming, and answered all my questions, making the buying process stress-free. The bike was fairly priced, offered great value, and the tune-up ensured everything was working perfectly. I highly recommend Perkiomen Bicycle for both quality bikes and exceptional customer service.

Perkiomen Valley bicycles is one of the great bike shops out there. We r fortunate to have a real shop with real people in our area. Friendly and informed staff who aim to please with your cycling needs. When riding the perkiomen trail it is always convenient and fun to stop in to chat or pick up supplies to keep on riding. Over the years my family has purchased over 9 bicycles there. Stop in and check them out.

Extremely enthusiastic service with a personal touch that feels welcoming. Quick response to every request and question. Products in stock that fit my needs and wants. Great location and shop. You go to this bike shop and say what do ya got and then they build it on the spot if it’s in the box. Other shops will push you off or give you some excuse as to why you can’t buy what you’re excited about today. This shop is TOPS!!!

Very friendly customer service. I’ve been in the shop a few times mainly browsing. Had a flat tire repaired there and recently a repair to the rear wheel motor housing unit on my E-bike + some additional work. While there to pick up the fixed tire/tube replacement I had my two boys with me, and the gentleman behind the counter asked my youngest what size shirt he wore and proceeded give him a complimentary Perkiomen Cycles long sleeve shirt. And in effort to keep World War III from breaking out between my two sons for the free gift, he went and got another shirt from behind the counter for my other son. The two shirts probably cost nearly as much as my fixed tire. It’s gestures like that, along with the quality work they do that earn my repeat business and have me writing a blurb. I never do reviews, but just thought it was extremely nice to give my boys those shirts. 10/10 - highly recommend -Chris

They have a knowledgeable staff, the bike rack and e-bike I was interested in was in inventory which I appreciated, no waiting and at a fair price. Plus if I have a problem they are there to help me. The fact that they have been in business for a long time gave me confidence when I need help they will be there.
