They have a knowledgeable staff, the bike rack and e-bike I was interested in was in inventory which I appreciated, no waiting and at a fair price. Plus if I have a problem they are there to help me. The fact that they have been in business for a long time gave me confidence when I need help they will be there.

The arthritis in my hands acts up when I ride my bike. I stopped in for a consultation about how to lesson the pressure on my hands. The owner immediately stopped what he was doing, listened, and then offered and executed a plan to help my hands. He replaced a part to change the positioning of my handlebars to relieve the pressure. Thank you for your time and expertise.
